I had crawfish and corn on the cob for lunch today. I live in Louisiana and my baby girl came to visit me from Oklahoma and we went and ate seafood. She had a seafood stuffed potato and fried catfish. She don’t get seafood seasoned like this in Oklahoma. After all we are the Cajuns. We know how to season food.
