Sovereignity is yourself issuying your own identification, so its not depending on id or passport of forclosed states that dont even belongs to you.

You're right. It's about being in control of your own identifiers, and using these as the base to interact with any entity. If you begin receiving digital credentials from certain entities, that's great. They now belong with you and you can use them as you wish.
