Your honesty is going to help someone along their journey of addiction. I can't imagine what youve been through but so glad you are telling your truth ♡

Thank you so much. It was a difficult decision for me to start making these videos and telling the real story, but I feel like it's important. It's not realistic to only talk about the good stuff. I hope it will help some people one day💛

Thank you for your bravery in sharing your experience. Addiction to opioids is a very real struggle for so many people and knowing that it was possible for you to persevere may help them do to the same ❤❤

addiction, withdrawal, been there and done that. Trust I am not making light of it, was the hardest thing I have ever done and I have a lot of respect for those who have gone through it and survived. I am not sure if I have fully expected where I am at right now. I knew at some point I would be in a wheelchair Just was not expecting an accident to hurry up the process. I have good day and bad days Last week was really bad

Just got done watching. I just wanted to say that it takes a lot to come on to a platform and speak about how not only your physical trauma affected you but how the “pain management” ultimately affected your life as well. It’s very inspirational to watch someone talk about the things that make or have made them vulnerable in any aspect. And it’s even more inspiring to hear about the recovery aspect of things. To let everyone know that it is possible regardless of situations that may feel limiting. I hope that you continue to share your story and I wish you all the best!!!

@brandonwall744 Thank you Brandon for taking the time to write your comment. It makes me feel good that the message was received. I'm so new to all of this that I know I have a lot of learning to do when it comes to getting my message across successfully, so reading your comment makes me feel good. Thank you for all of your kind words💛

@@Mom-ability I don’t think that you personally have anything to learn about getting your message out there. Just keep being you and telling us your story in your own way. That’s what makes it authentic and relatable. I think you are an amazing soul with so much to offer. Keep it up!!! 💛

love that your open with this to people! would have to be a liberating moment to tell people i was that person who over came this! I feel like some of the motivational speakers kinda sugar coat some of the good to know details. if you ever wrote a book if would defiantly seem read worthy to me. over coming not one from being in a chair but also an addiction also!

When I was 19 my dr prescribed me x*anax because of ptsd from a bad situation and high high anxiety and i thought it would be okay he didn’t tell me how bad it could get and that caused a 3 year addiction and he kept prescribing it for the same reason. I thought i needed it to. I went from 6mg to now 2mg and now I have a better psychiatrist today and she’s working with me on getting off of it and I’m terrified but stories like yours is how I know it IS possible!! To everyone battling any kind of addiction, it will be painful, it will be uncomfortable, but you got this!! 💪🏽

@user7920ahsdkfflfjfjk This was so well said. Half the battle is being honest with yourself, and that is exactly what you are doing. This makes me so happy for you. I know you said you are currently working on weaning off, but you acknowledged the problem and took action, and trust me, I get it! I like how you added in the part about.. it may be painful and uncomfortable, but you can still do it. 👏💯💛

KUDDOS to you. Anyone who battles addiction works through recovery at their own pace and often need different methods of treatment and management methods. Im working on staying sober from alcoholism. Stay strong 💪. Keep on going!🫶
