What I personally find dissapointing is that they say it's 'global' but don't tour countries like India and Sri Lanka. From what I know, a lot of us are quite talented and some of us do fit the beauty standard. I hope maybe in the near future they tour India and Sri Lanka! And not only the country capitals lmao
Ps. Do you have any idea what they ask in round 2? Like, anything we should prepare? Like korean songs, dances etc.

Don’t wait. They don’t care about you. If they don’t want you then you’ll keep waiting for no reason. You’re supposed to audition for EVERYONE you want to audition for, don’t wait for entertainment companies because you literally mean nothing to them, especially if they don’t want you as a trainee. You’re not helping yourself if you wait. Trainees are traded anyway so if you have companies fighting for you then you’re more likely to succeed.
@@KawaiiKermit I’m waiting because I’m literally writing my finals right now so I don’t have that much time to think about auditions. After I finish all 9 exams I’ll def try more companies lol

I really want to audition but the problem is I wear glasses and I’m worried that companies would reject me cause of that lol
There are many Idols that wear presciption glasses and wear contact lenses for the stage, example Wonwoo from SVT, Mark from NCT or Dahyun, Sana and Momo from Twice. I could stay here and name many more but you got the point. Don't let that hold you back, if they see in you potential they will not even see the glasses, so go for it!

Thanks for the video!! I’ve been having a very hard time auditioning lately because I live in America and I’m a minor so it’s difficult for me 😢. I have to work very hard to get noticed by a company. I’m really hoping HYBE will have an American global audition so I have a chance for getting in a company. I can speak fluent English and I’m working hard to learn Korean so I can have a better chance.

Things I dislike about kpop is where people are like "keep kpop Korean" when there are more global members! If you're speaking Korean, and it's pop... It is kpop!!! I hate when people spread things like this it's really irritating to hear that!

And I was having to deal the racism a few months ago- many racial slurs thrown at me by this one person, specifically a Korean person as to how Korean would hate me because I was black and stuff, and it's weird because they were speaking for the whole race in general and I just want people to feel more open to the global fact of the industry
