I figured it out I had to update Android studio to Beta 4 then go to the flutter console & run the flutter doctor then run the “flutter channel de” once it finished I ran the “flutter upgrade” and it worked! You have to update flutter 1.22 to 1.23 for it to work properly....

Sometimes the plugins will cause the errors. Delete the plugons and install studio then install plugons
