Interesting to see the snow build up on the nose, the birch trees can’t handle much weight from the snow and ice. I think my favourite part of train videos is the sound of the DPUs when they pass the camera. Thanks for another great video!
I was surprised to see so much snow packed in and so high up. I had seen trans hitting trees before but it was lower around the knuckle. From the some of the comments I heard they had a lot of trees to go through. And yes, the DPU sounded cool as it went by.
Nice lookin in the snow Kev. Reminds of 214 comin down through Algonquin Park on the Beachburg Sub plastered with snow on the front end. Dad and the boys always had to keep them switches clean. Dad used to say “gotta keep them points clean”. Good memories for sure.

The snow looked well packed in. I had heard they went through a lot of them near the Cantor (Hardwood Ridge NB) area.
