    If I do 10 sets of 10 reps, am I doing too much?. 3 sets of 10 just don't seem like enough. Highly motivated

      Depend what u want , if u want to build strength, u would want to do high weight to the point ur only can do 3-5 and do 5 sets of those but u can do what ur doing for endurance

      @@ricklopez7965 thanks for your reply. I was doing what is called GVT ( german volume traing ) and you are right, that's for endurance but I seen little results so I started 3 to 5 sets at 10/12 reps and more weight and now I see better results. I suppose u been lifting for a while. I don't go to a gym I lift at home so I have just a bench and free weights so I have to rely on old school methods, how bout u?
