It's possible to train healing on mobile as well, it's just more complicated. First, you need to get your alt to sleep on bed while using equipment that won't deal damage to others like spindle. After that, log your alt off (while still sleeping on the bed). Get your main and push your alt off the bed and keep push it until you find an aggressive mob and let the mob attack your alt. Finally, you can just heal your alt with your main. After you're done you can just kill the mob. That's it.
Wow that sounds a bit tricky, so you are saying once you log out and your alt is sleeping the game never checks again to see if it's still in a bed and it just sleeps standing up? Pretty cool!

@@johnnyzero5389 Yeah, your alt will stay in the game forever until you log in again. It's kinda weird but that's how it works.
