Section 31 was originally a 10-episode series. They squeezed the whole arc of the season into a 90 minute movie and it shows. I didn't hate it but I certainly didn't love it. But to think Michelle Yeoh was paid $12 million for this.
I don’t know which was worse this or The Acolyte. But, yeah I’m not sure what the hell they were doing with this. Was cyborg boy drinking kool-aid before running through what seemed like endless walls? It seemed like they wanted the Holtzman shield from Dune to play a part as a dimension gimmick. A microscopic pinky without a brain that resides in the brainless head of a robotic Vulcan who likes to whistle Dixie out of his arse. Good Grief! Was that an Andorian we got a brief glimpse of having sex with the blob from Orville? 🤷🏻♂️🙂
Star Trek went downhill as soon as Alex Kurtzman took charge and tried to make it into another ‘universe’ like Marvel did with their films. Everything after Enterprise (possibly Voyager) is utter tripe.
I wouldn’t say utter tripe. The Kelvin films were great especially 2009 Trek which is my 3rd best Trek film. Strange New Worlds is also a very good show.
Sounds like you really didn't enjoy this so don't buy it just to make it to make your series look complete, it'll be like buying She Hulk, everytime you look at your shelf it'll just upset you

I'm a huge Star Trek fan, but this wasn't Star Trek. It was a complete mess. Makes Final Frontier look like a masterpiece.
