I was thinking the same thing but like this: Woody as Quagmire Blocky as Stewie Before you get confused, in my version, instead of getting corrupted, Woody escapes and tricks the corruption into thinking it got him, so he survives Rotten Family and Blocky somehow knows that the corrupted Woody isn't even the real one, so that's how they meet here.
