Ukraine would not attack Moldova for the sake of Crimea, given that there is a Transnistria in Moldova controlled by Russian troops. And, Russia is stronger than Ukraine.
And secondly, Romania is part of the European Union. Ukraine would not attack a member of the European Union because Ukraine itself wants to join the European Union, and an attack on a member of the European Union is not supported by NATO, not by the European Union, and not by the UN.
and as for the military power of Ukraine, it could not even capture Romania. I am already silent about Serbia.
