7:01. A little off topic, but I have a theory about Neptune: Neptune is sane thanks to his Moons, but he's crazy without them. When we 1st meet Neptune, he's the craziest planet because his orbit is 165 years long due to being so far away from the Sun & the other Planets. Additionally, Neptune is said to have lost his Moons in the Kuiper Belt, so the 13 smaller Moons were being babysat by Triton. When he finally found his Moons, Neptune showed that despite being so forgetful he remembers all of their names & cares about them. After The Moon Revolution Arc, Neptune became sane when they reunited, so much so that he no longer blinks his eyes separately. Finally, I believe that Neptune does feel bad for his gravity pulling Triton into his orbit turning him into a Moon, but he tried to keep this a secret until Triton confronted him & maybe we'll finally hear Neptune's side of this story at some point.
Ofcourse, same goes with ceres. When you’re around people you like you are sane. But it takes a toll on your mental health when you’re on your own a lot. Which ceres and Neptune were.
