Without you I would be failing my course. Thanks a lot for these videos man!! Keep on making them please!!! you are helping engineering students across the world! Keep on with the good work! btw keep the humor as well, it helps a lot! :D
Love your videos! Definitely helping me pass Structures. One thing that bugged me, in this particular series, is how 1.) your steps are listed with the alphabet, but your process is labeled numerically. and 2.) you added an extra step "(vi) Solve for Unk Displ:"
You really kill me with your videos you are so funny. Thank you so much for making these videos . I can honestly say that i know how to draw a bending moment but shhh don't tell my professors that I've been winging it for 2 years now
HI bro! Busy with a degree in Struct design, and your videos are awesome to brush-off and revise analysis methods from previous years! Thanks so much!!
Yo structurefree now should I always consider my fixed end moments to be clockwise even if I really know their directions due to the applied load in order for this equation to work? Cuz this method seems to not make sense to me because I will have to memorize the formulas for each load type.
Hi Sir. Structure free I have a question, how can I identify in any problem that there is support settlement or without settlement this confusing me I read a book some problem is with settlement but they don't explain it how, And how to calculate the settlement. please do problem showing how to calculate the settlement. Thank you very much.
I have an application that I would like to use either this slope deflection method or the moment distribution method. My example is a frame that is U-shaped (upside down) and is used to support a component. The weight of the component is being transferred to the frame via two 3" feet pads. I need some help sorting the problem out. Can you help?
structurefree Is it safe to assume that the feet that are in contact with the ground can be assumed to fixed? If so then my structure is statically indeterminate.
im just gonna plug and chugg this video before exams

awesome bro , hope all professors at uni explained liked you

I can't thank this shit enough. This video from 7 years ago taught me better than my shitty professor.
hey at 2:24 for Moment BA, wouldn't it be 2/10 * EI * (2thetaB) + 12.5?
Otherwise loving the explanation, thanks a lot!
he has already taken the 2 out and multiplied by 2/10 into 4/10.
He fixes the mistake at 3:59

except this small replacement mistake you explain it very clear. Thanks man and cheers from Cyprus!
This just made my work much easier. Thanks!
ooh i got it because at A,there is a fixed support so in other word there is no rotation at that point
may have just saved my degree cheers man!
Ah.! Thanks dude for your cool explanation....from my last sem I'm depended on you and you carried me across exam safely everything..thanks dude.😁👌👍✌
Akshay Shetti Thank you. I am glad your exams went well. Also, congratulations on being the first person to use emojis on my youtube channel!
there is an error in the minute 2:18.... its 2-O-b isntead of -O-b
He Fixes that error at 3:45

i love it !!!
thankyou sham
what mean is no rigid body rotation
What is rigid body rotation?
Wow, you made it seem so easy! thanks
Are you an engineer?😅
Poke Man now I am
@@_allenrosette great! I am pushing through this now. Wish me luck 😁
Poke Man all the best! Keep checking this channel, it really helped me out. I’m now a Structural engineer 👷🏾♀️.
@@_allenrosette that’s great to hear, and I will take note of that. Thank you. Much love from South Africa 🙏🏾
Thank you so much!!!!! Love your voice and how you speak as it make learning very interesting =D
MBA= 4/10 EI thetaB, can you do one when phi is not zero?
Awesome work! Thanks a lot!
psi(AB) = 3*(vertical displacement of joint/length), yes? How can we confirm that it's zero?
waw!!! this is very helpfull thanx alot....
+abdu aziz abdu rahman thank you!

Θ is the angle of rotation or no???

Paul Vandenberk you should check if it's statically indeterminate first.
structurefree Is it safe to assume that the feet that are in contact with the ground can be assumed to fixed? If so then my structure is statically indeterminate.
What if i use moment of equli og EMA=0 :MAB=0...can i use this?? Sirrrrr
why theta A is zero and theta B is zero
it help alot tnxxx
U R GOOD
Thank u sir
You skipped a setup 7:42
muhteşem
i see videos exceeding 10mins ..why don't you try?
