@@zacktaft Wrong he can block blaster fire because they are slower than bullets AND they can bounce off his sabre, bullets are too fast, and even if he can intercept them, he will still be hitted by molten metal flying above the speed of sound. One sniper with a slug-thrower instead of a blaster (go look up what HK47 says about people attacking a Jedi with blasters) and the big bad dude turns to dead meat pretty fast
Angarans and Protheans are completely different. Protheans forcibly assimilated the people of other planets into their culture, Roman style. The Angarans are suspicious but ultimately friendly with the Initiative. Not counting the extremist Angarans of course.

Although the Protheans and the Kett consume other civilizations in different ways (The Protheans being imperialists that consume other civilizations in a similar fashion to the Roman Empire, and the Kett, who have solved their differences by making everyone biologically and genetically similar, and are trying to conquer the Angara by not only taking their world's, but by rewriting their physiology with their own, turning the Angara into Kett. The Protheans and the Kett care little for diplomacy, and would rather take by force than becoming allies with anything or anyone.
