Thanks very much for the video. I replaced the knife on my Baby Lock recently and then noticed when serging thicker fabrics that bits of the fabric got caught in the stitching. After watching your video I realised that I hadn't adjusted the height of the knife. I have just tweaked the height and what a difference it made. My thick jersey hoodie fabric has wonderful clean seams now.
Thank you for this very clear video and info. I LOVE my Baby Lock Imagine. I just realized they had included and extra blade. And yes my old one had some nicks in it! Great video Doug!
Nice video, but the damn screw is on so tight it doesn’t even budge. Finally got it with non slip fabric wrapped around screwdriver and a pair of pliers for leverage
You advertise the replacement of the fixed blade after replacing the moving blade but that has disappeared on playing the video - only the moving blade replacement is shown Why? It really cannot be hard, but it would be nice to know how high to set the fixed blade!
The reason is that only the moving blade is provided with the machine with instruction. The fixed Blade should always be adjusted, so the top of the blade is level with the top of the needle plate.
Hi I have a jmb server which is based on a singer it's not cutting so I changed the blades but it's like they aren't meeting I have tried adjusting any idea what's wrong?

Is it possible to show how to fix or replace the needle threader? I have a unity.
as the Unity is a retired model, we are not creating updated content for it. However, you may find helpful videos online or for a similar model.
Please I need help on How can I change the blades on white super lock electronic 1934D? Thanks 🙏

@@babylocksewing Thank you. That is very helpful.
My blade doesn’t go up or down do you know how to fix that?
It could be that you have the Knife locked in the down position. Rotate the Lock dial to unlock it..

I made a quilt with mine. Then when I went to us it again. It wouldn't start.
