I think the first girl should accept that she is spoiled. She got upset bc her friend hit a nerve. She's far from a bad person, and her friend was jealous of her privileges (cus shit is unfair). Both were just upset at their situations.
I don't think there's anything wrong with being “spoiled” in the sense of having parents who provide for you, especially when it comes to education and setting up a strong foundation for the future. It's not about getting everything you want just because your parents have money. She's using the resources she has to advance her career and work towards financial independence, not relying on her parents forever and is that a privilege? Yes of course. In my opinion, if people can't provide certain things for their child, they should wait to have kids, but I understand everyone's situation is different. As for the comment, yes, it was out of line and shouldn't have been said. The other girl kept nagging, probably out of jealousy, and that's fine, but struggling doesn’t automatically make someone an adult. Clearly, she doesn’t understand that, because she couldn't even have a simple conversation without it turning into an issue. Struggle doesn't define adulthood.
Majority of americans find it hard to say japanese names so you are not alone. I don't know what makes people look indian but we share big lips with black people. Last episode's manga recommendation was fire but sadly it is on haitus.
I’ve done some very regrettable things whilst taking illicit substances but NEVER have I criticised my friend and told them that their partner should be with me. That’s stuff that you know OP truly feels and needed drink to get out of him. I went psychotic and took my clothes off but at least I didn’t say anything to anyone or do anything to anyone

If that girl was dressing a certain way when they met, and now all of a sudden she wants to wear more revealing clothing, that is not the situation that man signed up for. She doesn’t have to change for him, but he’s well within his right to not stick around if that not what he aligns with. The breakup was good for both of them.
I don’t think Amy‘s comment was intentionally hurtful. Unless she confirms it was. She might’ve been projecting her own household dynamics or insecurities about obligations onto the friend. or she might’ve originally thought She was just giving her a different perspective about fulfilling the generational transition from child to adult to providing adult and elder. It might’ve just been a cultural conflict or different in household ideologies. it’s common for other communities to have the expectation that children are the retirement plan of their parents and are the future caretakers. Maybe one doesn’t have that pressing present.
