i said 2 pounds cake for both the cakes ma'am & i used 150 gm chocolate + 3/4 cup cream in making ganache, will it not add on to the weight? same with crush filling . pls try these measurements, ur cake will have the same weight as mine .

I have offered from grocery store that I can leave cakes for sale there
But shelf life??
