With the best scoring differential in the nation. Penn St has a very good team, Notre Dame just has a better one and, impressively, has been doing this with key players injured all year long.

Common opponent was SC which ND won by a wider margin and within regulation . . . so yes, objectively better. However, we just have to wait and see what happens.
