In India we usually prefer fresh, in my town meat and milk are freshly delivered. We buy vegetables daily. In West cosmetic appearance is given more importance, Supermarkets usually reject 75% of vegetables and fruits due to cosmetic purpose.
@@magesalmanac6424this is not fresh this is low quality yield food oftenly thrown and this happens only in poor states of India that doesn't have cold storage facilities.
The sad thing is, by becoming "civilized" we unlearned all the cultural traditions of preservation and 100% utilization which helped us to survive all the lean times over the millennia. Now we're offended by imperfections and heaven forbid a bug ever touches our food. Dehydration has been practiced since the dawn of humanity, but I guess it deserves an Earthshot prize in these times...
Being an nz resident and from Indian origin & a passionate volunteer to reduce global warming could you please let me know how to enter into this venture may be a small one. How much investment of time & money to start in india or in nz.
It’s natural air flow outdoors I think. Drying produce outdoors in India is traditionally done with many things like chillies, papaya etc. with the solar based gadget I think they have sped up the process to create a financially viable solution by saving time.
Just powdered spices which we use in piri piri biryani masala and other nornal spises. Jusst sried on metal plate instead of clothes the traditional way. I see this as a business not as a waste management firm. Pure business managed to lable as food waste saviour.. Cant go with all vegetables. There are plenty yet to make i am stufying on food waste in india. I hope someday i get what i am researching for
Is this your first time watching the news? How do u expect things to improve if u cant even bring up the issue? Is it only racist/mean when its about india, what about segments talking about issues in the u.s?
Omg this is so sad. As a white liberal i think that its my duty to save these people from themselves. No one else can save them so it is up to me alone.
It's not just about the tech; it's the vision behind Amazon's AMZP33X that's captivating. It speaks volumes about where we're headed as a digital-first civilization.
Does anyone else think that Amazon's AMZP33X could potentially reshape the e-commerce landscape as we know it? The long-term implications could be profound.
It's intriguing to see how Amazon's AMZP33X is weaving itself into the fabric of tech narratives, promising to be the thread that pulls future developments together.
Simple and brilliant innovation. We also need solutions for food wastage in the west.

I would be curious to see how the Ladies stop the tears when cutting onions.😊
Lol! But seriously they probably only prep the onions by cutting the ends and removing the outside layer, then they go into a slicing machine I'd bet.
THAT’S AWESOME!
