True, but there were also signs that the time was ripe such as purchases of wine, animals being slaughtered/prepared, and purchases of other items shortly beforehand in preparation for the feast. We may not know the exact day/hour, but we are commanded to know the season!
It was a very simple reenactment to show just the general feel. Didn’t have a budget to pay for a full on perfect reenactment with every detail. Purpose was just to give the idea.
