Autumn from the Four Seasons by Vivaldi arranged for harp. This is the first arrangement of the Four Seasons for solo harp and I arranged the entire work over the course of 2019. In Autumn you will hear Harvest time portrayed with a jolly country dance (1st movement) as the villagers enjoy the fruits of their harvest. They enjoy the food and wine a little too much and then fall asleep, sleeping soundly (2nd movement). In the final movement the villagers are off on a hunt. The fox flees but alas, he is captured…have you noticed how I portray the gun shot on the harp?!
