Just found out a store near me has this and it's so cool! I was wondering if they'd finally found a way to do something like this. Super awesome, thanks for the video!
Thank you! They are so neat. I want to do one in every city I go that has one. I wish they had it when I was in Billund! It was great watching your vlog yesterday, I am glad that you had a good time.
Thanks for the tutorial. It was not easy to know how the process worked without buying one. Wasnt sure how the paint functions were. It would be awesome if there was an app that you can interface with the design software and create the custom minifigs zt home then go to the dtore and get them printed
I’d say the only thing that absolutely sucks about this is that you can’t change the base torso color, if I wanted to have an all red torso I can’t because all the bases are white, it’ll just look off.
They have one of these at the London Leicester Square store, though I have yet to give it a go. The one thing that bothers me is the brick that they print your name on is a 1x3, it would be better if they used a 1x4 because if you want to display your figure on the brick at least you could have it centralised.
No way! I am so excited. I thought they would, but I didn't see it on the website. I am going in a few weeks to London so I will definitely be checking it out. I agree, I think a 1x4 would've made much more sense!
@@brickloverbrad , I don’t know if it will be available when you go, they are refurbishing the store to make it bigger. The first floor closed at the end of April, this is where the Minifigure Factory was located, unless they moved it downstairs as this is still open. Though apparently the whole store will be closed from 26th June to complete the refurbishment and it won’t open until some time in the school holidays.
Oh no! You're right. That's why I didn't see it on the website. I just did some research and found an article about it. Very sad. I imagine they didn't move it if it's not on the site. I bet they're renovating it to be the flagship style they tested out in NYC 5th Ave. I went there a week or so ago (video coming soon) and the store was incredible!
This in nice. But they need a way to get your features on the lego head so it is actually your own personal lego figure. Taking a picture of you with a computer algorithm that transforms you into a emmit or wildstyle 😋
Its just amazin on how all of these.......started from a carpenter who lost his job and his wife, but never gave up in life.
It’s pretty remarkable when you look at it like that!
They have one or two in my town as well, I have been meaning to go try it out, just never got around to it, so I appreciate the inspiration!
Oh yes you definitely should! It was a ton of fun making this

Very nice. I really want to do the minifig factory. The Lego stores near me do not have it though. Anyway, I enjoy your videos. 👍
Glad you like them! This was the first time I've ever seen this, as there is none close to me either. Alberta is a 5 hour flight from me
Cool video. I was able to do this in Billund and Amsterdam. I love that you can make your own souvenirs!

@@brickloverbrad thanks Brad, love to keep up with you!

You're welcome! Yeah, that would be super cool!!

same thing for the arms
I guess that would require alternate printing settings, which would result in the price getting a bit higher. Maybe someday…
I wish they had more options for torso colors
I guess they just keep it white to keep it easy for printing
I wonder if they still have this in the one in New York and other And different lego stores
West Edmonton mall cool
I tried it in Amsterdam and wow it's actually so cool.
It’s the best!! If a LEGO store I visit has it, I want to do it every time!!
I need to live here
Do you have to pay for it or not?
How much they charge you for one?
Can I not get one in Toronto?

Are you able to customize the legs of the minifigures or nah
Nope, just the torso!
LEGO® Minifigure Factory
How much does a figure cost

so cool
I had the best time!!
Are you actually able to buy multiple or is it one per person?
I was able to buy multiple!
@@brickloverbrad yeah I actually just went there and was able to get multiple, thanks for answering tho:)
Any clone prints or helmets or stuff like that down there?
Nope, all unlicensed parts!
Are there any of these machines in Scotland?
A czy ja mogę też malować główkę?
how much time did it take from designing to getting the completed minifig?
Like 10-15 minutes
do they have skin color options too?
No, just the classic yellow. The only customizable part is the torso, everything else is generic LEGO parts
Where is this
The West Edmonton Mall!
Are the torsos always white? Even if a regular minifig print is selected?
Yes they are, they all start white. If you want to change your colour, (like I have) you can use the pen feature to draw
Where is this?
This location is in Edmonton, Alberta- but there are lots of other locations around the world!
Where is it located?
This location was in Edmonton, but you can find them all over the world!
I think someone can make marvel and dc figures with this
Noo, no licensed figs
How much is it to make one?
In Canada $14.99, and I believe only $11.99 in the USA. Super reasonable
@@brickloverbrad oouu! Yeah that’s not bad. Thanks
How much did it cost?
Havent gotten one in person but i think its $11.99 for each one
3:34 awww, you need approval!?!?!?! ....I guess there are kids about so it makes sense.
hi
i made a poppi minifigure.
can you still print a logo on it?
You could if you drew it, but you can’t upload your own files
