Ah Ms. Gilly, how I have missed your tone, how "had to paint" so hadn't prepared/gloved up. I haven't been able to paint for months. I got twisted around the axle, learning technology and recipes from another talented artist. I forgot to just pull the canvas, select fun colors and enjoy the process as the paint speaks to/through me. Thank you ever so much for this video reminder.
That much red all of a sudden was uplifting! Then when you feathered it went nice and soft but then those Flowers! ☀️ The potato balloon on its side is genius! Does it have water inside? I keep learning from you all the time. Thank You!
Talk about "brightening" a painting up!!! This one sure did the job 😉 I love your teaching ability, and your daring color usage!! I would never be so flexible in just using a color so brilliant, but it sure holds this painting down, adding, in my opinion, to the boldness of the completed picture.
