20th Day At GYM | Chest day

  • Hey everyone! Welcome back to my fitness journey. Today marks my 20th day at the gym, and I’m excited to share my progress and some new challenges I’ve been facing.
    Over the past few weeks, I’ve been pushing myself with a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. My routine has evolved from basic workouts to more advanced routines, and I’m starting to see some real changes. I’ve noticed increased muscle definition and better endurance, which is super motivating!
    This morning, I kicked things off with a solid 30-minute cardio session. I’ve been alternating between the treadmill and the elliptical, and today, I upped my speed and incline for a more intense workout. It felt amazing to push past my usual limits and really test my stamina.
    After cardio, I hit the weight room. My focus today was on upper body strength. I tackled some bench presses, shoulder presses, and rows. My form is improving, and I’m able to lift heavier weights than when I started. It’s incredible to see how much progress I’ve made in just 20 days!
    One new challenge I’ve faced recently is fitting in recovery time. I’ve been feeling some muscle soreness, so I’ve started incorporating more stretching and foam rolling into my routine. It’s making a huge difference in how I feel post-workout.Fitness Journey Continues.
