Yes is the Lord who grows the church but He does that through His servants, if God puts the ministry in your hands as a man of God and then you choose not to follow His instructions, the church will not grow
Jesus( was) is filled with wisdom.The woman of Samaria at the well was enchanted by Him.He didn't begin by saying ;God bless u"He asked for a drink.He totally wanted her to connect with the message.In the teaching proffetion,u teach from the known to the unknown. When there's a rapt attention,u introduce the unknown.Notice how she became rapped in it.Wisdom is the principal thing.However pastors don't forget the church belongs to God!
