My friends and I are huge fans of your channel and value your prudence. Although I am aware that you offer stock market classes however not everyone has the time or the necessary knowledge to comprehend the financial world. Please consider starting a customized portfolio advise as basant maheswari sir does because we and I am sure many of your subscribers would love to invest based on your knowledge.
we have to thank ishmohit for taking so much efforts and explaining everything for free. Learned AUV for the first time and also he had resist himself from not having to eat all those happy meals for 41 minutes straight .. thank u brata
I am also a student of business but your analysis impressed me very much❤❤❤❤❤ I amazed by your analysis you almost cover everything in your analysis it is also better than case of company done
We're glad to know you're taking time out to study with us to become an intelligent investor. 🤝😃 Thank you for watching our analysis videos & your support.
Indepth analysis on QSR... Anyone can learn by your way of teaching things in such a simple language..... Great analysis sir... Keep on doing and going forward 🙂
I was basically a Trend trader with basic fundamental knowledge before watching this channel 2 mths ago, but you have really inspired me to learn the business the way it works for better returns. Also just by your education i studied and invested in a company with name ' Olectra Greentech' engaged in making electric buses and running all over our country by Conference call & Investor Presentation report with of course all fundamental analysis. I wish a GRAND SUCCESS to SOIC and feels very proud to be a part of this. 💖💐💖💐 Also saw your video on Tata Motors which is another jewel of an education 💖💖💖💖
Thank you Ishmohit and team for bringing out the content in an easily understandable format. Key learnings from this video are:- 1. Format risk concept of opening different segments under different brand names. 2. Concept of disaggregating markets and figuring out TAM for businesses. 3. SSSG Now waiting for their super tempting Gourmet range in North India😂
When it comes to indepth Business case Studies - no other channel can come close to the level of excellence insights provided by SOIC.🎉 Only channel where one long case Study teaches you Sales, Marketing, Strategies, Financial analysis etc everything in just one package 🔥
Well, once again very high quality analysis. People says that buy the stocks whose products you can see. But in that such a deep analysis is awesome. Analysis of different type of burgers reminds me your video on VBL. Nice way to explain various strategies. Also, different model of restaurant is very good. Actually , I am having lot of interest in Jubiliant food works. It is very much corrected. Yesterday, I have seen your video completely but I want to compare west life with jubiliant as per my understanding. Jubiliant is having 2-2.5 times market cap than westlilfe. . Presently, ROCE of jubiliant is higher but ROE of westlife is higher. Westlife is turnaround story so lets not compare PE of both the stocks. As far as expansion is concerned in all parameter Jubiliant is 2-2.5 times bigger than westlife. Jubiliant is massively corrected whereas westlife is given positive return (nearly 60%). If I look at share holding pattern public have nearly 10% holding in both companies. DII's having share holding in 20s. But for FII, somewhere in sep-21, holding is 41% which reduces to 26% in case of jubiliant food works. This is the reason of its fall in price. This sell-off may due to failure some of their expasion plans with other franchise like donuts. This what I infere from your videos. Whereas in westlife FII holds nearly 10%. This want change much. Promoter holding in jubiliant is 41% where as 56% in westlife. So, if whatever westlife promises and if it works and because of all this if FII starts buying then westlife may be rocket like VBL. So, Jubiliant is even if not falling knife but value buying still westlife is better choice as it is turn around story, have better prospect and possibility of FII buying. So, whether my analysis is correct or not? waiting for your response.
Excellent an indepth knowledge shared as always. But this time I have a request. Can you make an updated analysis of DMART? I am thinking to start doing SIP into it every month for my future child. So time horizon is going to be super long like around 30yrs. I know tracking is important and I shall be doing it from time to time. But I wanna know is it a good choice for such long term investment. How does the valuation looks at present. Kindly cover these topics in the analysis video. Note: I am yet to get married!
Excellent analysis Ismohit! It is a compounder but not sure if it is a multibagger given the risks and the premium it is on today. Superb SSSG which it should sustain but its CapEx intensive business. Their existing stores have matured but if they have to get to 1000 McD stores in West and South, it's huge capex. Maybe that's the reason that I am not seeing a whole lot of new McDs opening in BLR. I could be wrong.
P/E given to fast growing QSR in India is b/n 60-70 (Concluded after looking at median P/E of Jubiliant, Devyani, Sapphire foods). Is my understanding correct?
Good video bhaiya 1)Some of my learnings were the way you differentiated mcd & kfc with the store size . 2) Comparison with jubilant food works on the basis of format risk. Good comparison with peers 👍🏻 Not included SSSG because earlier in one of your webinars u discussed that in qsr how important SSSG . And the reason why jubilant food works have failed to do good in recent past as they got exhausted by new store addition without good SSSG. Lastly the mcafe high margin products expansion within the same store with little bit of capex sounded like a brownfield capex which are eventually the better capexs 😁 Love your work 👏❤️
Hey will it be possible for you to make an updated analysis video on DMART? Also can you make an analysis video on Supreme Industries? If you have made video on supreme industry in the past then kindly share me the link as i couldnt find it. Thanks😊
Key learning 1. Product mix change - introducing high margins menu mc cafe which have high gross margins resulting in better ADS as well AOV resulting in better ebitda margin results better roe , roce 2. Gaining market share clearly seen by higher SSSG meanwhile competitor SSSG is very low though inflation was a issue for everyone. 3. May be in future SSSG might fall in near term bcoz they are adding more stores which are large in size + which will take time for brake even but once those large stores start generating sales SSSG will start improving and bcoz of this ur profit looks low for now bcoz ur depreciation takes a hit intially as u set up store thats the reason depreciation is around 6% of sales and interest is 4% of sales meanwhile u need to pay rent ,power bill , employee salary until store gets brake even . 3 . No new format risk bcoz getting product market fit takes time in new format 4. Introduction of mc cafe in same store requires less capex is a big plus u have customers coming in store ur just cross selling them which helps improve sales per square foot . 5 . If digital sales increase decently as a % of overall sales this will be a big plus bcoz u can operate store with less employees . 6 . Coming to risk - stores might overlap if more stores are opened nearby resulting low ADS ,low sssg , low revenue per square foot as customer football falls , if digital sales increase going forward and if more digital sales is done by zomato and swiggy and if zomato and swiggy decide higher commission its negative . My conclusion: instead of going with big stores they could have gone with medium size store keeping menu alike + try to increase digital sales which will help bringing down operational cost ( less employees+ less delivery charges bcoz of more stores near customers which will help reducing delivery cost + ev adoption will help bring down delivery cost)
Meal strategy was also prominent in north India especially in burger king but people are getting smarter slowly because in the end they always ended up spending more for a meal
Every time I see your new video, it blows mind by looking at the detailed analysis ❤️❤️❤️. Such amount of information gathering and then to study in detail, hats off to you brother 👌👌👌. As always learnt a lot about the QSR industry from this video ❤️❤️. Thank you very much again

Hello ishmohit, amazing analysis.. In 2019, there was a sudden closure of many of the McDonalds stores in India. Can you explain something about that?😅
Indian’s food choices are quite diverse and always need variety. In general QSR foods like nuggets, burger are quite boring 🤢 This is where no.of stores comparison with other countries doesn’t make sense 🙏
Low float stock. Stage 4. Sometimes market tends to be irrational on higher and lower side both. In saregama its lower side... One higher than expected results can lead to trend reversal as it happened in Indiamart. Base formation is must currently

@Anksaha let's not hit below the belt
@Anksaha-hot Oops... 😂
@@investingchannel4810 dude.. the real PE isn't around 100.. the rapid expansion has resulted in PE of 100 which will get normalised 🙂..

Look at the profit growth
😂
Lol joke
PE dekho multibagger bolne se pehle..It can be a good growth stock not multibagger.
Devyani stands better currently at all fronts.
Kudos Ishmohit for your education to all of us. Namaste from Bengaluru 🙏
