Improvised Soloing Over CCJ's 'ModoMan' - IYV ILS-300 LP

- Just some free-form soloing over a friend's backing track he made. I'm doing nothing particularly special here - just unwinding and letting my mind wander while I play. Sometimes I do this to practice every so often. It's a great backing track. LINK IN PINNED COMMENT TO THE TRACK.
SIGNAL CHAIN:
GUITAR: IYV ILS-300 Les Paul acquired in a local trade. All this one cost me was a couple practice amps and some other stuff. It's an EXCELLENT guitar! It was well taken care of and all I had to do was set it to my specs and put my 9-gauge strings on it. The Destiny CNC-wound pickups are as awesome as they are on my IYV PRS copy!
GUITAR UPGRADES (1/28/22): Guyker locking tuners (gold), MusicLily bridge + stop-tail (gold), and speed knobs.

That sounded great! It is great to hear how somebody else interprets a backing track. I tend to get stuck in a rut and always play close to the same thing. Having somebody who can really play using one of my backing tracks is a great feeling. I hope you had fun doing it.
Glad you liked it! I just did the usual minor-pentatonic soloing over it - with some 'Floydy' stuff thrown in (as Rob calls it 😁). It was good to unwind to! 😎👍

You should try playing over one too Rob. I'd love to hear what you come up with. As I said in my comment to Axess, It is a great feeling hearing somebody who can really play jamming over a backing track I made.

Thank you! Well, they're OK. Not great, but OK. The top 2 have to be wrapped like a normal tuner because the thin strings slip. Not a big deal. But, I paid nearly $50 for these. So, I expected the same quality I got with my Gotoh ones.
