He was wonderful. - Were you his girlfriend? Aurora: We were probably that, even though I was very young then. I was 15 when he passed away. He was 17. "

Anders Breveik was basically a neo-nazi, and aside from the bombs he laid, he targeted a youth summer camp run by people associated with the labor party (basically, leftists). As you noted, AURORA was close with someone there, and this song is a tribute and a story of her journey through grief.

Aurora was 15 at the time and someone particularly close to her was one of the victims. When pressed on this she admitted that they could have been considered girlfriend and boyfriend at the time. It took her some time before she could write the song, let alone perform it. An assassin killed 8 people in Oslo. Two hours later he shot 69 young people on the island. It was a Labor Party youth camp. It took 90 minutes. A friend of AURORA was among the victims. I assume that these early experiences characterised AURORA and contributed to the initially very sad songs. There is also a very sad songs by AURORA. - Why did you have to go - ruclips.net/video/3n-dMxbIqJA/видео.html She wrote it for a friend from school who died in a car accident when she was 18. She only sang the song at the funeral. But the sound was recorded and the girl's mother is said to have published it on RUclips. They have chosen good pictures and films for the video.
