We are slowly making our way to you. It will be amazing to get there and see all of you? It is going to take a bit longer than expected due to COVID.

Hi. Yes we school them ourselves onboard. Sometimes this isn’t easy and it has been a learning experience for all of us.

Are you allowed to tell us what you paid for the boat and what modifications you made, and how well you are equipped for remote places with no spare part shops?

The L400 S2 has quite a large price range depending on if you would consider an ex charter yacht or prefer a privately owned nearly new boat. The other thing that impact price a lot is what equipment is on the boat. Often with a privately owned boat, there will be a lot more equipment and spares on a board. Consider a price bracket of £275 000 to £340 000. We added additional solar, spare parts, lots of safety equipment, a spinnaker and too many other smaller items to list. We make our own water, can generate power by solar, 2 engines and a generator. I would like to add a Watt&Sea and lithium batteries to help with power in remote places. Email us through our website for more info. Thanks from all on Mokara.

Hi Graham. Thank you for the message and we will take care when we visit. Hopefully, one day, the issue of crime in SA will be reduced and it will be the best place in the world to live.
