Why when I imagine getting full grades and finishing all my assignments on time , when I actually start them, I get anxious out of literally no where, and then I end up not getting the grade that I wanted. Or when I set a time for finishing an assignment, I take wayy longer than the time I set myself to finish at. But sometimes when I don’t get anxious, I just take way longer in studying and solving problems than usual, the thing is, I know I can take way less time in studying and get good grades, but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Inshallah I can finish all my revisions on time before the exams and finish all my assignments on time🤲🏻
You NEED to condense the imaginal act to one scene that is what works most effectively you’ll know when you do the imaginal act REPEATEDLY you won’t DESIRE it anymore WHY? Because you have fulfilled your DESIRE. Hope that helps😅
