    Yield: Approximately 16 kibbehs (with 50 grams of dough)
    Ingredients:
    - 300 grams of kibbeh wheat
    - 1 medium onion
    - 1 portion of mint
    - 1 tablespoon of powdered vegetable broth (or 1 level tablespoon of salt)
    - 450 milliliters of water
    - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
    For the meat:
    - 300 grams of ground beef
    - 1 level tablespoon of black pepper
    - 1 tablespoon of Lemon Pepper seasoning (sold in spice stores and supermarkets)
    For the filling:
    - 200 grams of mozzarella cheese or the cheese of your choice (cut into 7 to 8 gram cubes)
    Notes
    Cheese: 7 to 8 gram cubes are ideal for the filling with 50 grams of dough.
    Shaping: Wet your hands to make shaping easier without the dough sticking.
    Wheat for kibbeh: If you prefer to make a larger quantity, you can use 1 kg of wheat, 1 kg of meat and 1.5 liters of broth (in this case, also increase the quantity of ingredients for the broth).
