the switch does have bluetooth, that is how the pro controller is connected
The Switch does have Bluetooth tech built in, they just don’t tell you up front.

Don’t know if you’ll see this but I had the same problem with both my LEGO Luigi and LEGO mario after updating them connecting to the app, what you do is once it gets stuck, you just have to sit and wait until it goes to sleep on its own, then turn it back on and it will connect no problem. At least, that’s what happened for me, but it might be worth a shot

Justin all u have to do if its frozen is hold the off button and it turns off so then it will work it happened to me when i first got Lego Mario.
This happened when I tried connecting my one Lego Mario after updating. It ended up figuring itself out though.

This is why we need a secret option, if you connect 2 marios, 1 of them becomes wario. Same with Luigi and WaLuigi.
Granted its not a new figure but they can always have new voice lines for them and it would be a nice secret since both of them are Warui versions of mario and luigi; meaning "bad" in japanese.

Especially if they give wario his wario land powers and for waluigi, take the luigi from the usa super mario 2 and give it to him.

Then we have the Viking, Dragon, Jet, Viking-Jet (from the virtual boy), fire flower, bunny carrot (both from mario land 2) as power up's and the unique gimmick of their version.
Injured forms. I'm talking squashed, inflated, zombie, rolling, spring, drunk-I mean dizzy, frozen, fat and mini injured forms that happen when you get hurt.
So if they can't get hurt, how do you lose? Easy, Wario Land 4 timer. You hit the timer at the start, run through the course to get the key and then have to run through the course again backwards to bring the key back; all on the same timer!

There is a wired glitch with Lego Mario where when you update him, he stops working. Also, hold the power on lego mario for some time to force turn him off. But he will still work. Restarting the Lego Mario app should fix it all.

In Australia today is August 1st and I'm going to try and get Luigi and connect them! I don't think I'll get any other sets though because i don't have much space left from Mario stuff.
For the glitch with the ipad, it happened to me on my phone multiple times. What you need to do is restart the app, and then it'll work fine.
It took a broken IPad connection, a partner update (probably) and a different device, but you got it going

You can hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset him you don’t need to take a battery out.
Yeah, and to fix the freezing you have to turn off Bluetooth on your phone/tablet for five seconds
