Arunachal govt Lowest expenditure in the sector of education,health and rural development,lower than average allocation for education by state (Budget 2024-25) Govt kab samjega that, These sectors form the backbone of sustainable growth and directly impact the quality of life for the people.🥱🥱
The question is. Even if Budget allocated is Education centric, will it reach the grass root level? Will it be implemented in equitable manner?? some basics Qs to point out a few. We all know how the system works, a very common phrase used in ap "sabko khana hai, sabko jina hai" I think it's the mindset in general that needs to change.

Har koi corrupt bolke v nai h and My main point was that the initial priority is for the government to allocate the necessary funds to the education &health sector without delving into concerns about potential misuse or corruption.

But my views are more people centric, yeah govt. Should be held accountable, Qs should be arised after all we are a democracy . But we tend to forget that Corruption's a disease of which the base solution is one's own morality. Which is not taught or examples are set for references. Instead popular references are "Money = respect,power,security". it's astonishing to see during elections even kids talk about the money they earned through campaigns or what not. I mean no matter the amount or the initiatives by the govt, things will never change unless the mindset does. It's disheartinig thinking about What could have been changed in 10 years would take 100 years. I guess development in Ap came way before our mindset developed.

With advanced technology, Unlike before, the government now has the resources to tackle corruption effectively. Agar upar level se chahe toh. Again, couldn’t agree more that people’s mindset is difficult to change,(Education and awareness are key to changing mindsets).but the government has the tools and authority to reform systems. If it truly wanted to, it could minimize corruption significantly. My concern lies with the government’s unwillingness to drive systemic change, and that’s where my criticism is focused-80% of the blame.
