2021. 8. 26부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트인 평택 지제역 동문굿모닝힐 맘시티 3단지아파트를 둘러봅니다. 동문굿모닝힐맘시티 3단지는 경기도 평택시 칠원동에 위치하고 있으며, 지제역에서 아파트까지 차로 약 10여분 내에 도달할 수 있고, 서울 강남 수서역에서 지제역까지 20여분 정도 소요되는 SRT로 인해 접근성이 양호한 총 14개동의 1,134세대로 구성된 아파트입니다. 기존에 입주를 마친 굿모닝힐맘시티1단지, 2단지, 4단지의 약 2,800여세대와 다음 달에 분양 예정인 5단지 800여 세대와 함께 총 4,600여세대의 대단위 아파트로써 평택에서는 두 번째로 규모가 큰 아파트 단지라고 합니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Pyeongtaek City, Korea. As the name of apartment is Dongmun Good Morning Hill Mom City 3, it was constructed by Dongmun Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from Aug. 26, 2021. The apartment can be reached around 10 minutes from Jije Station by car. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
