I feel like the biggest difference is the texture due to the preparation (Osaka okonomiyaki tastes softer and doughy, whereas you notice the thinner dough and layers in Hiroshima style). I noticed that when I eat Osaka style okonomiyaki, I can usually finish it all, but I got full very quickly with Hiroshima style. Both are extremely delicious in my opinion! 👌🏻❤️
