One advanced tip is that when using spacebar dash: if you don't press anything nor move as you dash, the immunity lasts throughout the dash animation so you can extend it a little.
That is different for every class, some class like gunslinger have 2 stages of spacebar dash you always want to push spacebar again for longer duration of immunity.
also keep in mind as well that if you are playing a class that has a z skill (like summoner or blade), that skill also has lvl3 immunity so its also very good to use it to immune an attack. classes like wardancer or deadeye do not have a z skill so they do not get that lvl 3 immunity
Most identity skills (if not all) have level 2 immunity. If, for example, you try to use bloodlust (slayer) or surge (deathblade) during prokel's freeze you will still get frozen unlike spacebar.
This is mostly team and your own understanding of positioning and aggro. Even in g2 clown where entropy is regarded as one of the worst fights for entropy aside from kayangel. You’re understanding of aggro will make it easier for yourself and your team if you understand the basic fundamental of “oh boss is targeting me” there are ways to make these situations far more advantageous for back attackers. When it comes to a guardian raid like Sonavel we all know that it loves to do back dashes and ends up on the wall quite a bit. There are ways to reduce this. If you are more cautious of where you’re positioned you can actually force him to move towards an open area rather than towards the wall. TLDR: understand your positioning, and how to use it in regards to boss aggro
@@JormusOfficialthis doesnt quite cut the teleports like at brel g4 or akkan g2 and clown g2 laser teleport. Sometimes they just move for the sake of moving with no regard of where they end up and if its a 50 50 wether they back or front dash id like to see you guess your way out of that
@@cvm-wd40 that’s not true, g4 Brel she is typically tracking someone and will teleport behind the player she’s tracking. (This being the direction the player is facing when she started the initial movement) g2 clown yes he is more likely to tp randomly however g2 tp laser is still tracking someone. So if he teleports near the wall and you notice it’s on you, you can move the laser outside of the map so no one gets hit, or to open up the back for your back attackers. Same goes for Akkan he will always give an indication of who’s he’s targeting.
While in the beginning when learning a raid you tend to play with purple pots and might even die because you run out of pots as you progress and learn the mechs better (and maybe so does your sup :D) you will probably go down to blue pots and possibly even green pots if you know your sup is reliable, which allows you to treat your health bar as what it is, which is a battle ressource. Using 1-2 pots in a raid to be able to deal good dmg is a pretty nice deal and honestly we get so many pots for free here, especially if you arent playing an excessive amount of inferno you probably could open up 5000 pots right now with all the stuff from dailys and event shops and whatnot. Obviously if you are shielded already then thats even better, thats why many people utilize their superarmor very well on GL or destroyer, but many other chars like e.g. slayer have a decent amount of superarmor to use. That being said try not to get 1shot in akkan because you want to max your dps :D
Shadowhunter (DI) is a good class to learn to have good uptime with, as you always have lvl 1 super armor and you will need good uptime to actually do damage, thus you will try to squeeze in every bit of damage and therefore get better at the game. Same could be said for evo scouter i guess
100% these transformation classes get a lot of flack, but are great for learning fights and specifically for learning uptime as its a need be to compete with the others
How about DI Shadowhunters who lack paralysis immunity? I tend to compensate it with spacebar and movement skills usage, but as SH I have nothing like ground smash I have on my slayer.
I know there is no much people playing it but destroyer gravity training has highest level of imunity evry 15-20 sec for 10sec. Only issue is meter gain on akkan for now. But in patch they will reduce it for front attackers
Good video my dude. One things need to be touch regarding inexperience or new player, they actually do less raid per week compare to experience player due to small roster, hence it's slower for them to adapt to theirs class and play efficiently. Hence for new player, if they have time and want to improve their gameplay (dps) of the class, I suggest them try fighting Prokel in the Trixion. The battle item is free there. Of course it would not help you learn the raid better but it does help a lot for new player to understands their class and get used to their skill rotation.
100% this. Newer players wont have the touch of the game or muscle memory of the class. I'd imagine NM Prokel may be overwhelming unless your overlevled if you are new, but seeing it as a goal to get a win over prokel could be a really nice goal and milestone to getting better at the game or class. Something like just running solo Deskaluda to get the feel is also great next step after trixion, as that boss is essentially trixion that turns alot. Just make sure to not have resources gained enabled ( don't wanna waste ur daily rewards). Thanks for the tip!
You sir, deserve a like, subscribe, and a bell notif. NGL, i see myself in your journey thru LoA after more than 2500 hours in-game. To add to your super armor comment, i first realized this with Legacy Machinist - when you have that shield and armor up, you can tank alot of hits especially in Gate 2 (formerly G3) Brelshaza that would otherwise normally knock you backwards. The trade off is damage since you’d be running Barricade. Unfortunately, as someone who also never played an MMORPG or PVP game in his life, my main GS is suffering from lack of MVP status despite max tripods, gems, and quality.
Great video. As a support main i use my 70% DR especially on boss paralysis attacks so my team can tank and attack to maintain uptime. Super armor is really important to pay attention to that are usually missed even with more experienced players when it comes to paralysis. The easiest way to tell if it is could be blocked by paralysis immune is if someone don't has to use stand-up skill after getting hit. Also: during valtan counter people usually stand on the axe hilt to dodge the hit, but I am curious if standing in front can be paralysis-immuned
Good video but I feel like dialogue doesn't always match the footage playing. My eyes kept trying to relate what you were talking about but often it seemed like random filler gameplay. Also, I think it's important to note that there some boss normal patterns that don't interrupt abilities with not even level 1 super armor, like g2 brel Ashtarot's spin move. Great informative video nonetheless
Yeah I get what your saying, I didn't realize this was the case until the last few run throughs of the edit, and my current process for recording footage is kinda scuffed in regards to the transfer process, missing footage for brel gate 4 example or specifically having the bosses moves neutralize attacks with no super armor bothered me at the end so I will deff work on that for the next vid. Always aiming to make something better than the last.
unfortunately the only thing is really join a guild or discord. The only really way to bypass is with people who know you know the raids which is despair if you ain't about being that social
I like how you’re informing newer players. Keep it up
Appreciate it!
Highest available ceiling - what a wonderful way to word this. I'm already a fan
wait you have such high quality videos. you need more views. nice work on this.Make more!
Working on it!

Bro ty for this, I've tried explaining this concept to friends before but I suck at it, your explanation is perfect.
glad it helped someone!

Wish there are tips to make bosses stop putting their asses against walls. Majority of my dmg lost is there
Oh you mean the supreme classic "super damage window" and the boss just has their back against the wall for the next 5 minutes. Ultra Classic.

Tldr: tank some hits to maintain uptime using SA skills.
Meanwhile playing some classes with almost no super armour be like:
I wish people mention as well the only type of cc that cannot be canceled by anthing and those are the grabs bosses do
My script had that mentioned, I did the VO for it, no idea why it wasn't in the end portion aha
Cries in SS where perfect rotation means you run out of mana and you dont have any good superarmors...

Good question, be interested to try that out in my next valtan run, which notably aren't too often these days (RIP)

is there a quick fix to not gatekeep by old players because holy hell.
unfortunately the only thing is really join a guild or discord. The only really way to bypass is with people who know you know the raids which is despair if you ain't about being that social
What's uptime? Not much, what about you 😂
bro ripped me up and threw me into the wind
Is this your original content, or you copied it somewhere else?
Huh? What do you mean? Is it because this content doesn’t seem similar to other content released on this channel lol
Your credentials are good enough. LOL
I’m hoping so lol. Cheers
