Had al baik for the first time this year in Dubai mall. With all the hype, I was excited. But unfortunately they didn’t execute. Chicken was dry, batter was dry and marinade was very basic. Maybe I had a bad batch. But overall 1/10.
It really is horrible. Had it at Dubai mall myself....the crust is drier than dry, and the sauce that they inject into the chicken tastes overwhelmingly of fennel
I wonder what else they inject into the chicken? It would have been nice to review the burger abit longer. No one actually reviews the food anymore. It's become more like promos than actual reviews.

Not sure if I tried a bad batch but had it twice from Dubai both times was worst better options around might need to try again as this was 2 years ago

The biggest downside to this chain in 🇦🇪is that you can’t order the broasted chicken online, you must order in person to get this.
