Roland Strykala, artist's name is Bei Bei He (but not Bei Bei Zheng), instrument's name is Gu Zheng.
Her channel on RUclips is "BeiBeizheng". "Dance of Blue Lotus" is her own composition, written in 2011 - so it must be Chinese style, as Bei Bei is Chinese, not Japanese. Anyway, music is superb!
