Great video Matt, I'm a ski enthusiast myself, though as I get older my toes in the sand are definitely pulling at me. Then again, I live vicariously through my 21-year-old son who is a snow cat operator in Steamboat.
We love Park City. That is one of our most successful markets, and people visit the area year-round. And let's not forget Sundance Film Fest. What a beautiful vacation rental! Did you have any trouble staying warm and hydrated?
Thank you Raven! No trouble staying warm, and we were able to come prepared for freezing weather without going too crazy with shopping or lugging cold weather clothes around to other destinations. Falling in the snow while snow-shoeing was cold, but it was relatively short and we were active enough to keep warm. And the snowmobiles came with snowsuits, so no trouble on that score. Getting in the hot-tub in a bathing suit was very, very cold, but short. Our hosts kept us hydrated! From a crew perspective the altitude combined with lugging gear and doing the activities was the only really extra physical challenge, but the beds and baths in Parkite recharged us on the regular.
I've never seen such a well designed luxurious vacation rental before. The nature is miraculous. Although I'm not a fan of winter sports, I got a feel for visiting this unique place which offers so many activities. How does this area look like in warmer weather? I'm sure that there are many hiking tracks in summer. Hope to visit this wonderland one day, Virag
Katona Apartments yes what Jeff and co have done with regards to the feeling of premium is really remarkable. But funny enough, their biggest “luxury” is actually the personalized attention which all of us can do :)
Jeff Jensen has created an impressive vacation rental operation.....pure luxury. So funny to watch Matt unzip all those layers of clothing under his snowsuit.
There is also a really great food spot over there by element called teriyaki grill. It is so damn good. There is also a good, healthy restaurant called 5seeds

@@VacationRentalShow It looks like you had fun too! Great video and looking forward to the next episode!
Oh yes! Definitely an excuse to come back. I want to see Park City in the summer too - now that we’ve got all our buddies!!!

Yes! It is the perfect spot for everyone who really loves being outdoor. We hope you get to visit too.
Hey, Jeff! Have you looked into Steamboat Springs? All the amenities of Aspen & Breck but located in a real town.
Jeff Jensen has created an impressive vacation rental operation.....pure luxury. So funny to watch Matt unzip all those layers of clothing under his snowsuit.
And the funny thing is that all those layers made for the perfect temperature for me. I’m like Goldilocks of the snowmobiles!
Nice video. Hope you get to enjoy some more skiing in the future. You should try PC in the summer some time.
Thank you, and we would love to return in summertime!
