I am using a Holley HydraMat fuel pick up. I haven't really been hooning around with a 1/4 tank of gas but so far no fuel starvation. the return line is plumbed down so it drains onto the mat to help keep it wet. 300$ though 🙃
Stupid dumb fuel pump " go to your home! Don't you want to go home?" Hahaha, looks like a pain in the ass! Thanks for sharing, man! I'm sure there was a lot of choice words getting it all in there! Haha
As a fellow enjoyer of Gd fuel starvation I have to ask if you have ever tried fitting that sudo surge tank that built into the GR subaru fp hanger onto a gd?
are you able possibly tune my sti. i know the epa are more strict now, and I have no green speed aftermarket parts. but looking to have it tuned by you guys at PRE
@@WT4T lol you be giving me bad ideas , i have a hardwired 535 + aem 340 on stock wiring ; will Be replacing that 340 with another 535 and keep running that pump on the stock wiring 🤣
@@WT4T I’m making decent power on mine. I have Cobb intake,Cobb charge pipe,,ETs downpipe and intercooler. Q300 exhaust. It made 380whp and 470ft lb on e40. Your videos helped me a lot on knowing just what to put on the car to make power
@@WT4T the tuner told me to not launch the car or do any 6 gear pulls. So far I had no issues. I was scared in the beginning but if the transmission ever does go then I’ll do the sti swap

Not shown was me slicing my finger on the tank opening, then having to submerge my hand in e98 to finish the install.

I have not, it's a very different shape and much larger than the hole on a GD

Hanger is enough for the 20+ amp that pump can draw?
It's not the most ideal but it works.
