The reduction is realising that leaders & pastor's are the issue in the church. All the body of Christ wants is equality while all theee leaders want the Glory for themselves. All these so called leaders & pastors need to shut their mouths & let the body unite. The Glory is in the unity of the body so my encouragement to Pastor's is to shut your mouth, get a job & let the church grow organically.
