How to Burn bootloader and sketch on ATMEGA8L-8PU ?

little tips: for you who try to do this method using newer version of Arduino IDEs (mine is 1.8.13), pay attention to the pin used when trying to upload the blink sketch since the default blink example sketch in newer ver. and the blink example sketch in this video use different pin. (5:02)

It is burn bootloader or just writing fuse? On my experien when u uploading use external uploader mean uploading hex code to the avr, right? Tx u mr
