This has happened before and idk why they just don’t keep them separated from each other it’s like they want that to happen
the Security, and law enforcements in the Court Room should have acted as Uvalde officers for a few minutes so Dad could give killer a good beating!🤷♀️
whats the point of pretending we have a fair system if the court does not take into account mitigating factors for scenarios such as this, i.e., the crime committed and the defendants conduct since and/or towards the aggrieved ...f'in diabolical the father should be facing charges
They better drop those charges on that dad. Any caring father would do the same
Practically 2 minutes in and yet still you keep talking over every and flash banners and back it with theme music?? That’s injustice
Whyyy is he still in court for sentencing?! He already asked for the victim’s families to decide his fate. Soo much tax payer money being wasted.
NC gettin the needle - ya messed up kid
Serious question : why would the trial last for 4 months ? Why the wait ? Why deepen the wounds ?
They need to get new 'think tank' guests.
'please put your firearm down sir' - these are the words of a coward
This trial seems absolutely unneeded. 17 murders should translate to spending the rest of his natural life in jail. Let the lawyers present the mitigating and aggravating factors, then pass the whole life sentence.
Florida still has the death penalty. But I do agree, it’s a lot. It’s a painful technicality and you can only hope it gives the families and survivors closure rather than retraumatize them…
The gunmen was inside the classroom full of kids, would it be easy for the police to just fire at the shooter in a classroom full of kids?
@@davidward8892 Stopping the shooter most definitely would have mattered.
Pretty sure police can quickly identify and neutralize the only 6ft male holding a rifle in a room full of kids and a teacher. Aim high. Make sure its not the teacher.
I'd rather send my child to a school where school shooters know the teachers/admin are permitted to carry firearms than send my child to a school where school shooters know the teachers/admin aren't permitted to carry firearms and everyone's a sitting duck. There hasn't been an incident or mass shooting in any US school where teachers/admin are permitted to carry firearms.
@@tos100returns And potentially killing more kids and risking their own lives along the process?
@@kevinr.3542 He was behind a closed door, inside the classroom full of kids and unarmed teachers.
Still got the electric chair right?
how could ppl sit next to him im here watching through the scream uughhh
How did he buy all that stuff he's a kid. I don't understand
We have wasted enough time with this... this thing. I do not consent on wasting any more resources on this, short of a 9MM bullet.
He can’t even watch tv anymore. 😢
I seen that door was not propped up at time gunman came into school. Seen proven on video teacher had prior propped door open go to car but seen gunman kicked rock away from door slammed door shut but door did not automatically lock that was assumed to it would do once door shuts.
Fry him. He had people look out for him and that wasn’t good enough. He had to go this route cuz he hated the world and couldn’t get a date.
Four months? Fry him now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look at his emotions, only cares about himself and his outcome, no remorse for the victims.
Can you atleast put in the title that you're about to mention 50 billion other cases?
4 months is too long.
Ulvalde. How many died waiting for ambulances? How many could have been saved?
Almost all of them. A few passed instantly
That dude can’t look half normal even for a second, he got the devil in there
