Played both codes. Union to county level and league to regional. I can confirm , league requires a far higher level of fitness and tenacity. To put it frankly, league hurts , a lot.

Big lad at the end looks like he may have broken his leg. That would mean calling an ambulance and not moving him - could take a while for them to arrive so game usually called off.
Nope it's a northern England game that involves teamwork , passion , fitness, skill and being bloody tough . These guys are amateurs and do it for the love of it . A bit more constructive time than getting stoned . Just my opinion , thanks .

Toll Bar no.11 was putting in reckless tackles the entire game, wasn’t surprised when he was involved in injuring the big lad tbh.
