Overalls are a holy grail. I've had so many fails that I only look in thrift stores anymore (still trying). Even though thrift stores are ooak, they are fun to step out of my comfort zone. It can feel like winning the lottery to find something I LUV. I'd watch thrift with me try ons.
You did a Target hall and you showed they had bigger size close so I went to see if my Target got bigger clothes in and was surprised to how many choices I had . I got the bibs I wear them on the weekend all the time they are very comfortable .
Hi Taren, you have never tried Christopher & Banks that I can recall. They had massive sales during the weeks leading up to Christmas. All of the items I purchased for both myself and as Christmas gifts for my sister were very affordable and nice quality. They have both plus and women’s sizes. Sadly, they closed all of their stores near me in the last couple of years. I recommend you check them out.

I thought I’d chime in particular regarding overalls. My body is quite a bit like yours, but I’m maybe a wee bit bigger in the hips. I’ve found a pair of overalls cut similar to those ASOS ones that fit me well, and I love them. I also get compliments every time I wear them. Unfortunately, the pair I have are no longer available, but I just wanted to encourage you to keep looking. I just find that my hourglass/ pear-ish shape is really complimented by the proportions of overalls that are slightly loose in the legs and relatively fitted (not tight) at the waist. I also wear overalls that are very loose at the waist. Those are definitely not ‘flattering’, but wonderful to wear 😀 Oh, and regarding that moto jacket: I’m not sure about the oversized fit. I own several, and to my eyes, they’re best when they’re more close fitting. Most important, I think a moto jacket should hit at the waist, rather than extend down to the hips. Of course, that’s just my opinion 😉 Thanks so much for another lovely video 🥰

Love the belt. Try Elloqui for a moto leather jacket...they have a lot of colors. And for your Kelly green one..jeans, white sneakers and any blouse would be cute. Dress it up with boots and a date night blouse. The jacket is the star.
The Torrid black shirt needs to be a size smaller & it’s see through wear a black bra The beautiful green shorts with matching bottom top is gorgeous but size down in the top and the shorts are 100% see-through. The green set is such a pretty color, but the shorts looked see-through (but it coulda been your lights) and I would size down on the top. I have never found a pair of overalls I like, but I’m short and have a huge a$$ and big boobs 😂 the jacket seemed a bit odd, too. Love the belt, though!!

On the green outfit - undo a couple bottom buttons and tie it loosely over the shorts and I bet the shorts will shrink a bit. I say give up on overalls, even if they fit perfectly is it something you would reach for in the closet? If you think it is I would order 2 sizes up.

We all need to be conscious of our consumption of fast fashion and be mindful of filling up landfills with poor quality clothing. So for me, this haul was a hell no on any of those items. The belt was okayyyy but I don’t know why you’d need that when you usually wear oversized tees and bike shorts??? Overalls? I just do not understand where you’d be wearing those in the hot summer-like weather down there?? Why bother? You have soooo many other HELL YEAH options available in your closet already. Overalls are a pain. Id try again with the faux leather jacket a size down ? (Maybe or a different cut). Yes belt hangs as a fashion or if your all zipped up you tie the belt.
I think the green set is perfect for lounging around the house… Looks too much like pajamas to me, but I absolutely love the color! The bike shorts are a bargain! The rest of the stuff is just meh 😬
I think the black sequin in the intro was too big. Didn’t like the mint green outfit - too boxy. The denim shorts were awful. I think the black overalls were okay if sized up? The Moto jacket looked cheap and too big, not flattering or sexy. The belt was fine.
Sorry, I’m not too impressed by any of the items on this haul, apart from the belt. If you want to make overalls work, I think you would need to get them tailored. 😊
