If he is such a smart person who was smart enough to become a teacher yet has no clue what to do in court or how to get a lawyer. 😮
There's a big difference between intelligence & common sense. I've got a feeling that we may see him in orange soon!
He's grinning like this is a joke.
High as a kite in court and admitting he's about to leave the country. Judge Fleischer has to "micromanage" this one in a big way. Who's to say the guy won't leave town right after he leaves the courtroom?
Did you even watch the video?
But it's OK he's going to spread the fairytale word . If it's true
@@been_rly_n2_paragliding_lately Yes, did you? Why do you think he was smiling so much? He's high from too much valium and/or alcohol. He's even saying he's leaving to teach the bible to Ukrainians. What crap. He's definitely a flight risk.
He should be put in jail and then he can think about what he has been doing. Saying he is leaving the country is enough for holding him.
Its not.
That’s a real focused judge ! Very good .
Bible teacher who thinks he is above the law? Shocker.
ALSO I like that he tried to dupe the other woman (clerk?) as if she wouldn't just say something to the judge... right there...
Gleann, you're lost.
Bible teacher who's a closet alcoholic? Shocker.
@@ualreadyknoitsyaboi like in a Christ way or in a directional way? Just looking for clarification before I roast you.
@ualreadyknoitsyaboi ah, looked at the ol page. You're some religious troll. Get bent loser. Your God would be disappointed in your actions and hate.
Why am I seeing John Wayne Kacy vibes every time he smiles?
Gacy and 100%
clown face
I think I'm starting to fall in love with this judge❤
He's got resting serial killer face.
Good one!
Augh! Perfect!
Hes innocent
@FarmHandz-cx4rn well I bet you he understands sarcasm and how the ' works in "he's".
@UnicornTears12 lmao you tried correcting a minor spelling error and made a worse error than the person you tried to correct. Sorry but YT terms of service don't require that one uses proper grammar..... SPELLING NAZI! lolololololol
This guy thinks he can just do court "his" way ... doesn't work that way & he needs to stop puffing his chest out like he's king kong. And what is it with that face. He doesn't even have a license it's suspended. And of course he's driving.... friggin ridiculous 😵💫😏
I about choked when he said can “I explain about the Valium?”
That smirk and smug expression says it ALL. He's LYING. He's GUILTY.
Why would you even say this to a judge? How stupid can you be?
MAGA stupid
Now THIS is the kind of behavior and attitude I can respect from this judge. No histrionics, just a statement and legal interpretation of the facts as they exist.
@thecrunchyferrett6985 Yeah, but only with this guy. With almost everyone else, he puts on a big show of anger with his admonitions. This seems to be a defendant he didn't want to enrage. I guess there wasn't enough to put him in jail. Also, better treat your pets better. :)
It depends on the defendant. And this one got the complexion for the connection. 😂
@@Topdiketv I've seen him be helpful with Black defendants. Only god knows what is in his heart. Besides possible racial bias, I believe he may actually support Ted Cruz, which is a big L, as far as I'm concerned. Does anybody know?
@@peanutminicockapoo5759 you can be helpful towards someone and still talk to them in a condescending way. He’s definitely selective when it comes to using his aggressive voice tho.
@@peanutminicockapoo5759considering this judge is a democrat, I very much doubt he supports Ted Cruz
Driving drunk. What a great Christian.
Oh spare me the pearl clutching. As if you're some kind of authority on who is or isn't a "great" Christian.
@@been_rly_n2_paragliding_lately Defending drunk driving as Christian behavior isn't a take I expected to see today.
@@been_rly_n2_paragliding_lately she doesn't have to be: Christians have done a great job at proving what kind of people they are to anyone who doesn't bow to their beliefs. Not god, mind you, their "beliefs" (or whatever bullshit their prosperity gospel lunatics told them last sunday).
Christians want people to stop being mean? Stop worshipping shitty people and and start practicing what they are supposed to preach. Problem solved. They don't have to be such snowflakes about it.
@@been_rly_n2_paragliding_lately You should look up what the term "pearl clutching" is before you use it. "They're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats" would be an example of pearl clutching.
@@MoreLikeCryraxx I betcha he's got one of them little fish stickers... for some reason they are always the worst drivers
"I didn't drink alcohol", followed by "I had some wine", followed by "I can represent myself".
And he wants to make a fool of the church in another country.
Ukraine is historically Eastern Orthodox Christian. They don't really need Americans coming over to "teach them the Bible."
I'm pretty sure the country of Ukraine has seen the Bible far longer than the US, or this guy, has existed.
Sadly yes, we've all been given the same sales pitch: "Nice country you have here. It would be a pity if, say, a crusade happened around here... Would you like to buy some insurance from that?". Peddlers of religion are the worst.
@@andrzej2501 us history is just a series of being late to a party
@@andrzej2501 are you claiming thats how christianity spread or what exactly are you getting at?
I’m very concerned about the real reasons for his trip
A bit judgmental are we?
This guy is fascinating, psychologically. He would rather speak his piece (knowing it can't help him in any way), than avoid further legal peril.
He thought he was so special, Not.
My God this guy is *belligerent!*
It always amazes me that these people believe that they know better than a judicial system which works these cases each and every single day. So much of what he says doesn’t make sense. “I’m going to the Ukraine but I just started teaching a month ago.” I won’t sign for the random testing.
Wow the judge was super empathetic. You can clearly see he wanted to help
This defendant is at least 65 & looks very much his age. Since he had no lawyer, the judge had to be sure that he knows how county courts work.
LOL, Nope
So he just started a job, less than a month ago, but he’s going out of the country for 7 months…. Hmmm.
Driving drunk and he's going to teach the Bible in the Ukraine on Monday for 7 months. Yaaah. Yippee. Real model for many.
Teaching Bible & English in Ukraine? 🤔
Fairyland Ukraine, it is a war going on, he dreaming.
I’m surprised he didn’t add “to orphans” to make it sound extra heroic
Or extra creepy…ugh.
In the part if the Ukraine where young kids are still naive and innocent, I suspect.
Man this judge really bends the earth to work with you when you’re not an ass, he seems awesome.
Judge has been more than fair with him
The way he's smiling he might have a cognitive issue
“My DWI is your problem!”
Amazing.
Oh, he’s like Ken….Ken’s job is beach, this guy’s job is Bible
Someone who doesn't listen AT ALL like this guy must be the worst teacher ever.
You can't drink and drive if i won't let you drive. Funny how that works.
Judge, you have a lot more patience than I have!
Creepy as F!!😮
Gotta love how he laughs about the suspended license, like he wasn't expecting the court to know basic details about his life. But in a shock to no one a religious cultist going somewhere that he isn't wanted thinks they know better than everyone about everything
He's often wrong, but seldom in doubt. We have a rerun president elect who thinks this way. He's not going to be of any practical use over in Ukraine. That's for damn sure.
$5000 a month? I could live real good on that 🤦
This is not a smart man. Makes sense he'd go to warzone to evangelize. As if that's what Ukraine needs.
The judge is incredibly patient.
Can the gent not see that
I doubt Ukraine was on his agenda just test on judge. Please provide follow up content on this case. Keep up good work.
So in summary, he's leaving the country to teach English and the bible in Ukraine, basically running away from his divorce, this case and any accountability for his actions. He doesn't strike me as the type of individual to teach anybody anything!!
"This is going to ruin the tour..."
Judge George!!! I love it!!!!
Loud and obnoxious this guy.
Going downhill quickly is an overstatement
Im surprised the judge didnt incarcerate him because of his admission to intending to abscond.
Sure bud
He wasn't absconding. There was no travel restriction placed on him.
Dude needs to not be allowed to go out of the country.
He's a habitual and self-entitled, self-righteous person who needs a hard lesson.
Ukraine is 93% Christian and 53% can speak English. He's not going to Ukraine to teach Bible or English. He's hunting for a new bride. 😂
Anyone who says they will be their own lawyer is an idiot. Even Lawyers get OTHER lawyers to represent them if they ever have to defend themselves in court. Give me one case where a person acting as their own counsel has won and i will give you 10 where they lost.
Should have stayed in California.
Regardless of what social media, memes, or what Musk says, we have tough DUI laws in Cali too.
The fact that he has a smirk during the whole preceding is how entitled and arrogant he is.
This judge just got played by an experienced alcoholic. Period. That he even has the option of leaving to anywhere is beyond gross. That man lied the entire time. He was also on Valium. ! Nice
I don’t think he did. I think he knows he’s going to leave no matter what. And he knows this guy will get caught and put in jail when coming back to the US
The judge deals with alcoholics all the time, so he's heard every line. Besides, this is just a misdemeanor probable cause and bond hearing, nothing more,
@@ronray4294 I would be surprised if they don't apprehend him in the parking lot when he tries to drive away.
The lawyer is going to tell him hes not going anywhere any time soon 😂
What a creepy gentlemen
