I just got this laptop today, waited 9 days for delivery. I opted for 32GB RAM /1TB First thing: Screen is beautiful, HIGH quality IPS panel, high res and brightness.. you wont be disappointed here. No need to cry for OLED, this panel is spectacular. Absolutely no issue with glossy/reflective Sound from speakers is very good, i can confirm its absolutely more than OK. Keyboard is excellent, with backlight. Laptop is quiet and cool. I have tested it for few hours now, installed VSCode, Powershell, Git, Terraform, Python and other dev tools that i use. Battery life excels. Overall i am very impressed with this laptop and i absolutely recommend it!

In laptops and monitors IPS is a way better than OLED. OLED have these major drawbacks: burn-in due to static content, possible blurry text due to incorrect scaling, eye strain due to high contrast, headaches due to pulse-width modulation. IPS is the choice if your intent is a long work, which is the case of laptops and monitors. OLED is the choice if your intent is gaming and movies, which is the case of TVs.
I think the best plus point of this laptop compared to other lunar lake laptops is that it offers usb c charging in both the sides of the laptop which is not offered by Asus, Acer etc.

I’m SO glad this isn’t oled. Every single oled laptops I’ve seen has horrible PWM flicker, so until they start using DC dimming on laptops, I’m not touching an oled laptop
