I've seen some kids be bullied and then when they grew older remembered it worse than it actually was. Or it's less bullying and more them mutually being a**holes and them not remembering that... ____________ And then there is serious bullying Also, often times, it's shown that the bullies that don't get caught KNOW how to hide it.... And many times, they gaslight their victims into believing that the teacher knows and doesn't care... And a common trick they use is by doing some minor bullying the teacher won't notice near the teacher to trick the kid..... Kids need to know that they can often times rely on adults way more than they think. In fact, most bullying doesn't stop because the kids DON'T tell adults. The bullies that suck at hiding it get caught pretty early on.... The bullies good at hiding it get away with it... I've known people who wouldn't say anything about bullying but knew how the bullies knew when and where to hide their sh*t....

In this season he purposefully enrolls in the same school the main character goes to in order to meet him because Aoba knows that the main character is the founder of The Dollars (basically this anime's equivalent of 4chan/2chan) and Aoba wants the main character to lead them in order to take advantage of his massive information network, the fact that the main character has a fascination with the underground of ikebukuro, and to generally instigate a lot of trouble with other gangs. TL;DR leader of a middle school delinquent color gang who went into hiding returns to the limelight to convince the creator of anime 4chan to become their new leader for his admin privileges

TBH both systems that are currently implemented are frusturating and waste alot of time for people looking for a specific skin or someone trying to get decent stats to start off only to potentially die early most likely before adult and have to restart which just makes people rage quite
