  • This is the second of the red, white and blue themed arrangements designed for the Queens jubilee celebrations. It would work really well for July 4th celebrations too, taking inspiration from the Stars and Stripes of the American flag.
This arrangement follows patterns and structure to make a formal design with a contrasting colour scheme, its been arranged to be viewed from the front and would look great on a console table, entrance table or a reception desk.
If you are new to arranging, take a few minutes to view my Back to Basics series which will explain how to create a very all round arrangement using a minimal amount of flowers.

Beautiful! I don’t have any trouble seeing the front and back. I like that you show how it looks from the side and how important that is. I really enjoy watching you create. Thank you.

Wonderful demo, it’s good having it turned around, front to back as you do each time as we see all 4 angles are they are completed, would a mirror on the back wall assist seeing front???

Could you please show me how to do this arrangement foam free.

Hi there. This style of arrangement is quite difficult to achieve without foam as it needs formal placement of flowers in a set pattern. Foam free tends to be much looser and free flowing with much less formality. You could use Agrawool instead of floral foam as that's better for the environment.

Did you recondition your flowers you reused

Good question. Yes I removed then from the foam, recut them before putting them in water over night and using them the following day
