And I was confused because I didn't see that in my physical environment. I did some searching around and this call is very much out there. Depends on where I place my attention - if I focus on my arms, I do feel them heavy over time, and when I switch to the flow itself, I don't feel the weight any longer. The harder time is with my fingers; there's so much light coming through that I actually experience them straight and stiff, like they clench up. I don't really know how they move, at times.
